One of the many reasons that the Partnering Concept works is that we work together as a Team and blend the best knowledge of all parties that creates a true win/win project. This concept insures the deliverance of a value added service starting with design and ending with the finished product. As soon as engineering and design of the various disciplines is completed enough for the contractor to begin pricing, the contractor works with the owner to produce qualified bids on all biddable items as they become available. These subcontract bids will be incorporated into the total estimate to arrive at a guaranteed, not to exceed, maximum price. The complete estimate will be the budget that the project will be built by. Together the owner and the contractor will select the best subcontractors and vendors who have the capabilities to be good team members by performing their scope of work in a timely manner while delivering quality workmanship.
